That damned commercial is on *every* radio station multiple times per hour and has been for months. Neither of these people can sing and it’s the most obnoxious ad ever penned. At least you could find two people who could carry a tune.
Sometimes advertising works in reverse. I, for one, will NEVER donate a ‘kar’ to your cause because you inundate me with this foolish jingle every time I turn on the radio. Whether or not you realize it, you are turning people off.
Just wondering what kind of budget you have to advertise this much, and I wonder exactly how much of the money you make is actually going to ‘the cause.’
Hey Sue,
Sorry it drives so crazy 🙁 While you find it obnoxious, we hear from people that like it all the time. And, it has really made a huge difference for our charity, and the thousands of children we assist. So we’re hoping that knowing what an impact the song has on real peoples lives every day, will make it just a little more bearable.
As to your last question, over %70 of donations go straight to our charity. That’s %5 higher than the Better Business Bureaus recommended amount.
Hope that’s answered your questions. Would love to hear back from you if not.
